      ... drugged!
I’ll be teaching for the rest of January, (I hope I get my last semester’s class), but February should be lovely and warm in Oaxaca & Cancun. My niece was in Tulum last week and her pictures of white sand beaches and calm blue waters fueled my dreams!
Finally - recovering from my terrible cold and back in SMA, wishing all my friends and family a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous New ...

This is one reason we enjoy SMA so much - you have so many activities and events going on all the time, ...

Life in SMA is going well, this is a very easy place to live - always something going on. This past week we took a 3 day trip to Zacatecas, another historic colonial city in central Mexico. It’s a beautiful city, large and modern, but with many beautiful old Catholic churches. The city is very hilly, and similar to San Miguel in that it was a place of silver mining, but so different in it’s layout and size. In the city center ...

When I arrived in San Miguel Sept. 1, the condo I rented turned out to be a mess, no working internet, bad bed, many things just not working. Kind of a hellish beginning. I had to start teaching school immediately, and the real estate agent pretty much told me she could do nothing to help. I was out so much money, and Dieter was still in Austria, so I just toughed it out. Luckily the small condo complex ...
