Up and atom as they say we have to drive across France today, we set our GPS for the shortest route and no toll roads knowing that this will take us along all the small country roads so we can really see France. What a wonderful journey it was too, Rod was excited to see so many cows!!! As for me I was just happy not to be on the busy stressful highways with all the idiots testing your nerves. ...

A travel blog entry by 4girls on Jul 10, 2014

Finally we enjoyed a full English home cooked Breakfast at 8:30am consisting of bacon, eggs, toast, cereal and fruit. We went straight back to our room for another sleep before heading for the picnic at 10:30am, however when the alarm went off, walking an hour to have a picnic in the windy rain didn't seem like such a good idea, so we slept till noon. The rest of the day was pretty relaxing with lollies, chips, friends and alcohol. ...

      Day 9

We were up early and headed for the French Wine Region of Beaujolais. After being sullied the night before, everyone slept and some even threw up (aka Big Ben) which was very unpleasant on the bus. We ran around the town of F(can't remember)....... searching for dress up outfits for our 'P' party that night and enjoyed a delicious baguette. After 1 more stop and a total of 7 hours driving we arrived at the Chateau and checked into our very small room, ...
