Finally got out of our toasty beds to get into the crème de la crème of the Dordogne. Perigueux. A beautiful city and we were attracted by the markets there. Nice seeing the French go about there day and collecting there goods. Also a seasonal Truffle, Duck and Goose Market too. LOADS of Foie Gras which looks incredibly unappealing to me. ... a kiss which Josh found a little weird. We didn’t have much planned today so we drove back into town for a while before beginning our drive.

The kids bought some postcards and we returned to the café to enjoy and another hot chocolate while writing. Next we posted and made some important purchases of a vanilla slice and some éclairs to be enjoyed later before beginning our drive for the day.
