Another delayed flight, more rude Italians and Americans a fight between to Egyptians on board the plane we finally landed. Oh my god is all I can say, as soon as you land you have men coming at you offering you a car to take you to your hotel and they don't take no for an answer, they even follow you around the airport. ... was crazy... But I think I must be used to being driven around Jakarta now - his driving style didn't even register with me :) Once we made it to our hotel - and squeezed ourselves into the antique lift - we set about unpacking. ... the camera in our room. It was delicious! We shared a small salad made out of a vegetable I had never had before. I don’t even know the name. It was served with anchovy vinaigrette. We both loved it! We shared a Rigatoni & another handmade artichoke pasta w/lots of artichokes & Italian bacon. Both were delicious! This was our best day overall food wise.
