14/10 we sailed the 33 miles to Madeira itself as the wind slowly increased and we finally got to the very impressive, but very expensive Quinta del Lorde Marina which is underneath a volcanic cliff

Wir sind auf See. Endlich nehmen wir uns Zeit für Frühsport. Vormittags beginnt dann die Informationsveranstaltung mit Dr. Pohl und anderen Referenten. Es werden großartige 2 Stunden, die in der Folge von einigen Diskussionsrunden besprochen werden. Jetzt ist endlich Zeit für einen ganzen Nachmittag in der Wellness-Oase auf Deck 12, den wir träumend genießen. Für den Abend haben wir einen Platz im "Rossini" ...

Living the quiet life
... than last time.
I will try and send this to people who I think might want to know what we are up to as a way of checking the blog system still works but there probably won't be another one until we are in Costa Rica. Have a good summer everyone and we will be in touch in October if we don't see you before then.
