... a halt in La Clusaz. Room obtained and we are in. A good end to the day once we have sorted where the route actually goes. Tomorrow some backtracking, and we’ll be back here for brunch.

So we have gone backwards, found the Col de Colombiere with a slight detour, and some very loud cows being moved on the road, which we shouldn't have been on in the first place. Returned back through La Clusaz, and onward to Flumet and over Col ...
