... He would then drive to the top of the highest dune & after waxing our sand boards with a candle we would plummet down headfirst to the bottom. Neither of us had been in the desert before and as the disappearing sun cast a blue'ish light over the dunes it felt like no environment we had ever been in. Huacachina was well worth the ...

... jerked with every small bit of air current. This didn’t bother me as we made the 40 minute journey out to the Nazca lines. We flew over each of the different line drawings (12 In total). We lashed out a bit and got the really comfy seats on the bottom floor of the bus and it was worth it, not just for the comfort, but for a happy chels :) We arrived at around 7 in the morning without a clue of what we were going to do. Luckily tourism is huge and there was a guide at ...

... Lunahuana Saturday night and arrived planning to figure things out, well, without a plan. After discovering that nearly all of the hostels were already full, we had to split up into two groups and take what we could get.. That being the creepiest rooms I have ever seen. Hence, we did not sleep under the covers that night.
After waking up the next morning with heavy heads and empty stomachs we walked around the small town to figure out plans for the day. We booked ...
