    We stayed at home all day in the pool.
    Us kids played a game where I was captain and we used water guns and we shot Mum and Dad. Zara was the information and told us were they where going to sit.

    ... 3 weeks mostly consisted of porridge, shakes, eggs, chicken and veggies I am not as ripped as I hoped I would be! Not even 1 ab on show, very disappointing! But I did enjoy all the topless, tattoo covered beef cakes walking around, with their awesome biceps and six packs, that made up for it!

    My last day of training I had a group and private session, but unfortunately I woke up at 4am with my head in the toilet bowl, followed by "something else" ...

    ... was transported into the movie set (shame Leo was missing) . The bay was breathtaking, the water clear blue and sand pure white. 5. Last on the schedule was swimming with the plankton after sunset. Waiting for the sun to go down our tour guide lead a game of beer pong with snorkels - brilliant!!
