give a post-op review about their patients to the head doctor, and oh my I wanted
the ground to swallow me up as soon as the first doctor started talking about
his first patient. I also think either I’m going deaf or Filipinos speak ridiculously
quietly, they kept switching between English and Hiligaynon (their language)
all the time so I didn’t get a huge amount of what they were saying. The first

... children were all on fluids, along with quickly realising that masks are worn at all
times as a lot of people have TB, and hair nets are worn, and gloves only
being used in an emergency. The only thing I saw on Tuesday was the doctor giving each child a cannula and taking
bloods. This was at the treatment table (in the middle of the corridor) and he
was happily watching a film on his phone with no gloves on whilst doing so. I
