... for lunch - it turns out that is what she meant! We had a lovely lunch and after that Nanny and Grandpa took a happy Marni back to the chalet and to the piscine for a swim.
Brody, Matt and I went down the Aillouds run to the Kandahar lift a couple of times and then we went to the the Chamois run and crossed over to La Cha and then went up that button lift and down the full run. Matt took some video this time too. ...
... took Brody on the Chamois blue run and button lift again, until we met them at around 12 on the Ecole slope. We took Marni up the eggy lift, and on the way she devoured a croissant - fast becoming a fave food of hers.
Straight away Matt and I saw that the Magic carpet area was empty so we went to take Marni there, we slid down, with her in between his legs. We were there on our own for a while and then the gentleman from the main ...
... just ski straight and stop, and she was in between us, she could either hold hands or put them on her knees. She did awesome! We did this most of the way down the nursery slope, and just at the last little bit, Matt took her again and put her in between him so she could ski, but he could guide her across to the chair lift. Today too, Marni walked on her skis, so the new pink skis definitely made a difference - thanks Anne!
... you would expect us too....oops!) Then we just went up and down the slope near ski school for a while, it was beautiful, we didn't have long before we had to get Marni. So ski school pick up went well....and Marni was up for her first trip up the 'eggy' lift. She was super excited and very keen to see Brody. At the top of the Prarion it is a farily lengthy walk to the restaurant, or a short ski to the chair lift, then a short ...
... didn't want Mummy at all, and definitely wasn't keen on saying Bonjour or hello to the french ski instructor. Daddy whisked her into the ski park, popped her onto her skies and with an instructor they slid her over to the other kids. There were an army of instructors, a little miniature ski lift and a variety of obstacle courses - really very cool. We thought it best to leave rather than watch, although I really wanted to watch. ...
