... a salad and a bean quinoa salad I think. Dessert was a chocolate cookie and more brownies!! The owners walked us down to the boat dock and said goodbyes. It was really sad leaving La Loma. I LOVE that place. Maybe I'll volunteer there in the future. We rode a water taxi over to Palmar tent lodge. I had high hopes for Palmar but sad to say it disappointed us.
We checked in and was shown to our tent. It was cute! We soon realized though that it ...

... our next accommodation is a tent lodge on the beach. They call it "glamping". Should be amazing beaches where we can snorkel and its the right time of the year for the turtles to lay their eggs in the sand! I highly recommend La Loma to anyone considering coming to Panama. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful and the area is gorgeous! Tomorrow they might take us out to a point on another island to do some fishing and snorkeling. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes!

The first four photos are at Crystal Lake RV Resort near Naples. These next five photos are at River Bend RV Resort in Labelle, FL. Out ...

    ... Very lovely.

FYI. 16,000,000 people visit and stay for various periods of time in Florida a year. Floridians like to see the money but are happy when we leave and congestion subsides!! We have concluded these are not the areas we would choose to come stay for an extended period of time. WAY too many PEOPLE.

We made visits to both "Camp Helen" and "St Andrew's" State Parks. Both the parks have a variety of ...

... Amanda's hostel for a few minutes for a quick chat. That night we decided that we would try to buy into the whole back packing experience and cook our dinner. While our intentions were good it tanked so badly. Basically we thought we were buying steak but it ended up being horse meat. I'll take the blame here. Sheeno was a bit reluctant to buy the meat because it was so thin but ...
