town of Destin. I can understand why it
is such a popular place for people to visit.

    There are
all types of accommodation available from State Parks to luxurious hotels. Even the RV Park which is right on the
beach charges the highest fees I have heard of over here. For one night on a beachfront site it was

The jungle hostel was our playground by night, we sampled with finest (cheapest) rum, listening to German techno (standard) and learning (and forgetting) countless card games. Catching the morning before six am only, the afternoons strung together with hair of the dog! Dixon owned the hostel as well as governing seven of the Bocas Islands and he joined in ...

... wasn't the worst. Thanks to the hole in the ozone my skin was prepared. :) we had fajitas for supper. And tonight we pulled out the thrift shop clothes that we'd bought earlier in the trip. We all swapped and turns out I'd ended up with a kilt and matching tartan vest with a lovely orange shirt to go with it. The material made me ridiculously hot in the heat and I was seriously struggling. The sun had definitely taken it out of most of us so we all crawled into bed fairly ...
