... The rooms surround a common room with a bar and good sound system and excellent music. On my last morning there a large swath of building paper was unrolled across the common areas, and strong, short stocky men pushed wheelbarrows of sand to courtyard beyond, to the sound to a cement mixer mixing concrete. I had breakfast and watched.
