    The cooking class took just over 2 hours and then we sat with Nonie to eat all that we had prepared, with Tita plating up in the kitchen. The food was just amazing. Incredibly delicious food, made with fresh ingredients and created with simple methods that have stood the test of time.

    ... smoke billow out, and swore a lot. We had decided to pack it in (literally), when we noticed that the charcoal was glowing and the grill was getting hot.
