    ... with magnificent mountains surrounding the valley this made for a spectacular view. Having re hydrated we set off for the summit.....as with all these climbs every one has there own pace, our TT group has some very accomplished riders namely Steve Dawkins, Lauren (super woman) Fitzgerald and Dr Dave all powering there way up the mountain.   Personally I found this ride very hard today, the first 4 of 5 kms seemed quite bearable but the last ...
