The weather at Payolle was dull and cloudy as we packed up to move back towards Villemagne. We are parking with the Weedons so that we can go to the American festival in Castel.

Well the walk was mountainous (not surprisingly) and even a twisted ankle didn't dampen memories of crystal clear, dark blue lakes set in a backdrop of rugged mountains.
