    Today was anything BUT typical. Little did I know that this arena has been the home of the Miss America pageant for many years. It was an arena, though it seemed to take longer than most arenas to set up. I ended up waiting until nearly 2PM before even starting on our first LED screen.

    ... people. I have a hard time dealing with that many people touching the food, trays, utensils, etc. that I am going to touch. But, we heard this was a great one, so we decided to give it a try. As luck would have it, when we arrived they said they stop serving at 8 on Tuesdays. Really?! So we left the Palace and stopped by Ruby Tuesdays for a good salad.
