I wake up early and go for a dip in the hot springs pool and enjoy a coffee while uncle goes to the gym. I feel semi-guilty since Sharon is shoveling the drive way and dealing with Caspian being sick. It's also -20 deg C in Thunder Bay but 28 deg C here, and its only 7am.

We check out and head to Pagsanjan Falls [pag-sa-han], but stop off at Max's Restaurant for breakfast. This is probably the tastiest chain restaurant that I've tried in the Philippines ...
