Rooms smell of pee. Noisy. Not been touched since the 70's. No hot water. Grim.

Really cute hotel, the hotel rooms were nice, hot shower, breakfast provided, great location and able to locate the hotel easily.
Hauling my two suitcase up 3 flights of stairs not so fun.

Today we basically just wanted to walk around. Breakfast at the hotel was good coffee, orange juice and bread so I think we'll find somewhere different tomorrow. After that we left for a walk. It was a nice walk, we went down to cliffs where there are lots of shops and had lunch at TGI Fridays. Not very exciting but we wanted to ask someone with …

I personally think the Sydney air train is quite a good ride, very straight forward and easy to navigate. We arrived to the airport in plenty of time, luckily, as the check in and customs/security check areas were …

    In which Ben gets ill

A travel blog entry by ben.sklaroff on Aug 07, 2015

On Tuesday, we arrived in Santiago. After a horrendous taxi journey from the airport (while hurtling along at 90mph, the driver had much more interesting things to do on his phone than actually watch the road; he also demanded a tip... Here's one: "stop texting while you're driving"), we arrived at a stunning old colonial mansion which had recently …

I saw how life changed into the world we have today. I woke up around 6:15 a.m. Jose, Lourdes (his mom) and I got in the car around 7:00 a.m. I had a day tour set f...
