This was our third time to visit the park. Once when a friend had his RV there and once we drove out just to check it out months ago. Since that first visit the managers have come a long ...

We have moved to our new temporary home in Jocotepec, Spanish pronunciation: [xokoteˈpek]. The J is pronounced like an H. We are still trying to say it correctly. Jocotepec is located in the state of Jalisco, about 25 miles south of Guadalajara on the west end of Lake Chapala. We are still a little high at around 5,000 feet, but lower than the 6,000 feet at Valle de Juarez just last week. National Geographic magazine has declared Lake Chapala ...
