The bus from Salta to the border town of Argentina - La Quiaca was a beautiful one. That was followed by two hours in a minibus where I had to sit on the floor to accommodate for an elderly local who joined our private transport. We arrived at the border town in the early evening and crossed with no problems. Had to sit around and wait for an overnight bus to Salta so we had dinner ...
