    We firstly
    headed towards the bus station where the gondola that took you up to the top of
    the hill on the edge of the town was located. We decided to only travel one way

    Cachi was notable for its pretty church, with beams and pews made solely from cactus wood, which was very charming. Less charming was the busking singer in the town square, beating a llama-hide drum and shrieking at the top of her voice. She would not win Argentinean X-Factor.
