I went out for one last round of the "world famous" Salta empanadas, then called it a night.

So ends my journey in Salta. I really enjoyed the town, the people seemed very friendly towards visitors, there was a lot to see in the form of incredible architecture and museums, and the drives north and south of town were fantastic. I will carry great memories of this area of Argentina!

... this time and the room was of decent size. Showers was constantly hot with strong pressure which is great. We were so hungry when we arrive and went straight to a Argentinian meat restaurant for Romain long awaited steak. The portion for 2 persons was huge and we had to pack the rest back for later. We slept well that night after the last 2 days of waking up early for cycling. Let's see what the city of Salta offers ...

... your clothes for girls...maybe they are all meant to be future doctors but I doubt it). Older boys and girls playing a game where they tried to dribble a small ball through all of the other kids and the other kids are allowed to basically knock the **** oiit of them. Playground is cement with large pillars. Saw three attempts, three injuries. I'd say the kids made this up except the teacher was in the mix urging them on. Meanwhile ...
