I'm thinking of going to Paris for a weekend soon if possible. I can catch the train and stay in a hostel. And of course, go to Disneyland! Dream. I'll hopefully be skiing this weekend. Feeling very positive about the rest of my travels today. My two big sisters are getting married in June and ...

... full of beans again. Grace continued to nap in my arms while Stew & I had a beer and we enjoyed the warm sun while Mitch threw snowballs. Great views that we will remember forever. Still it was nice to get back to our chalet and enjoy a log fire and the outdoor hot tub! Stews parents, Marg & Bruce arrived about 6pm to much excitement. The chalet was big with a huge open plan kitchen/living/dining room with views onto the Aiguille de Mini and Mont ...

... some were going down the glacier (and ending up at the Mer de Glace where we visited yesterday) and others were going down the mountain "off piste". They were launching themselves out a special tunnel and then had to navigate carefully along a ridge to start their journey.

The view of Mont Blanc was stunning. It is the highest mountain in Europe, standing at 4810m above sea level. It was huge and majestic and so close to us that we felt like we were nearly on the same ...
