... sliced chorizo sausage. It all washed down nicely with a tall glass of a local draft beer and I topped it off with a Basque cake for dessert which if someone had told me was a small Saskatoon berry pie, I would not have known any different.

... half way through the night the van was swaying so much we got out in PJ's and moved the van behind a bigger van to protect us a bit (we are always the smallest van by far in these places as loads of massive campervans everywhere bigger than mums!!) - this helped a bit but still battered all night leaving us with little sleep!

... went inside to find what we think is a local choir practice, - 22 men singing with varying accompaniments including guitar, piano, piano accordion, trumpet and one one occasion what appears to be Basque bagpipes. The singing was very melodious and we stayed for about 40 minutes, as no one appeared to mind us being there.
