I have found the downhill the worst surprisingly; the way it forces your toes against the end of your shoes and puts all the weight on the knees is quite a conundrum at times. I'm quite surprised to say it, however I'm relishing the up hill sections at the moment. This I think is mostly based on the fact it takes all weight off my knee and gives me an excuse ...
