Oh what a morning, you know you just have those? Driving round in circles, not getting anywhere, why can't they put proper signs up?? Had a very nice drive through Elche University Campus, but no supermarket was hidden there. Map reader was lost, so before getting on a toll road the wrong way, we stopped at McDonalds for refuelling, coffee machine broken! ... too! What diverse and beautiful countries, great friendly people. No bargains here anymore, prices comparable to France maybe cheaper than Switzerland though (not hard)! Complaining about your GST are you at 10%! How about 21% in Spain and 23% in Portugal. At least they know what to do to turn the economy around you can't have it both ways - Low taxes and big spending. My view anyway! Thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings! ... we didn't come during the week as the food looked amazing the cocktails were also perfect - the best all holiday. We spent 2 hours sat outside chilling in the sun before slowly making our way back to the apartment to get ready to head to the airport!

Orihuela Shopping!

After our plans at the safari went down the drain we decided to go and check out the new 3 year old Shopping center in Orihuela.

It was Massive! Its a shame a lot of it was the same as what we have back here in Nottingham and derby West field but it was still a really good day trip out, We had lunch at Tommy Mels Diner which was a really well done 50's style diner the interior was beautiful ...
