... or 10 hour flight and I was loopy. But we made some good discoveries on Day 2. We toured the University of Bologna a bit, which is Europe's oldest university. Our library tour allowed for no photographs, which is fine. It left more room on my phone for food porn. That's what really matters here.

I also bought toothpaste on this magnificent day, which brings me to my chosen TravelPod title. ...

... gradually towards the top. Narrow stairs made passing difficult but not too many people were attempting the climb. If you had a cardiac event on the stairs that would be it. Helf and safety would have a field day!! Now I sitting in a shop (Nike) whilst madam peruses the latest fitness wear. More later!! Well. We wandered around Bologna. ... however visit a rather strange museum dedicated to the Etruscans. Sadly not much in English. However clearly they were rather keen on the afterlife. We popped into the main church to find that there was a Scout event going on with about a billion scouts milling around in rather a grand church. ... above the snow line, there must haze been a considerable amount here as there is still a couple of foot at the rides of the road. There seems to be a vast amount of wagons on the road today, I would estimate that two thirds of all the tragic was HGV's.
