... and the structure of towns from that age. It was small but we had good coffee. The only Problem was that we could not find the bus station to go back home. In the end we just stayed at the one and we were lucky, after 10 minutes there was a bus going to Padova. Yeah traffic in italy works a little differently. We found our way back home, and our bikes were waiting for us at the train-station (miracle).

There is certainly plenty to occupy those that are not avid walkers in this town, with numerous shops and cafe's, all of which are set in modern, yet mediterranean feeling surroundings. I can image this place would be packed with Italians weekenders and tourists from much further afield during the summer months. Today though the rain was keeping ...

Chess, Cherries, Grappa & Ceramics
... Had bruschetta for lunch. Didn't seem to be on menus in Venice. Was excellent and even better with glass of loxal Pinit Grigio. Off to the Ceramics museum. Interesting but nothing that coveted. Back on bus via different route to see more of the countryside. Tea in excellent restaurant over the road from hostel. Full of locals and most tables reserved so was encouraging sign.
