... purchased centuries ago. We didn't know where to knock, but 2 couples with a guide beat us to it, had a booking to visit and the gentleman greeting visitors invited us in too. He had a great sense of humour, a good raconteur and historian. We learnt a lot about ancient and recent history for the jewish community in Split.
