... more complicated in concept than a will, but in essence it is a separate legal entity that holds title or ownership to your property and assets. While you are alive, and acting as the trustee, you hold full control over all the property held in the trust. The primary reason to create a living trust is to avoid probate. Property held in a trust won't have to go through probate before your loved ones receive their inheritance. More, where wills are ...

Columbia, Missouri, United States jodieandandy... show Darren the Missouri campus he always tries to discount due to his Kansas ties. We visited Kristi's brother Brian and his girlfriend and they served as our tour guides around a campus that has changed quite a bit in ten years which made Kristi feel really old. It's still a beautiful campus.

Jefferson City, Missouri, United States poonieToday I had to get up early and pick up some equipment for work that I have to drop off at another one of my work locations in California. Got some pictures of the MO state capital on the way to Kansas City. Now we are just relaxing for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is the last day we'll spend going through the rather uninteresting areas of the midwest.
Jefferson City, Missouri, United States mkilgo01Sept. 17 After having our house batteries die during some of our coldest nights, we decided to upgrade to Trojan T-145 6 volt deep cell golf cart batteries. I found them in Columbia, MO and the shop owners let me change them out in their parking lot. Now we have 2 batteries that will give us lots of power for years to come. We used our new power to celebrate our 10 month anniversary on the road. If that's not romantic... what is?
Columbia, Missouri, United States jodieandandy... It was so great to see Zeb again too and just listening to Jared and Zeb talk (and their banter) made me smile. Luckily Max seemed to fit in with them pretty well, which made it even more amusing to listen to. Tonight was the night to catch up with a bunch of people, so we headed to Shakespears Pizza around 7pm (a common place to go when I was there in both 1997 and 2000). It was a great night and I got to catch up with quite a few people ...
Columbia, Missouri, United States vhenschke... intently to get us to stay another night. We have already made plans for a Wrigley field tour on Saturday so we had to get on the road to get to Chicago. I didn't feel so hot this morning...so we started off the day with a relaxing breakfast with Kristie...poor Rick had to work. Then we were off again headed east to St. Louis and then north to Chicago and see how far we make it....Thats it for now....Kara and Chris
Columbia, Missouri, United States kare1322... a nice stadium. Unfortunately, we didn't see it in time to take a picture of it. I tried every way in the world to get the shot but it was gone by too fast. But, if you really want to see it...look up the Chief's web site...it might be on there...just kidding. After KC, we headed north west toward Iowa. That stretch seemed to go on forever. There was a lot of nothing but farmland during this stretch. It was pretty but seemed like it took forever to get through.
