LaLaanta was a haven for us. After our airline lost our baggage, we were lucky to be staying in a place which cares so well for its guests. Thanks to Shicko and the staff for their help.
The resort itself is gorgeous - right on the beach with glorious sunsets at night. It never felt overrun with guests and we could always find beach lounges where we wanted, either y the pool or on the beach itself.
It's such a beautiful place, we hope to return one day.

What they don't tell you in the brochure is that the waterfall is only there in the wet season, great. I didn't let it deter me from Koh Lanta though, and as I would like to visit Ko Lipe at some point in the future, I may schedule a few days back here while I'm in the ...

... so relaxed ever. The four of us went back to the bungalows for a shower and a drink. We were planning to go back out after we had freshened up but two women from the next two bungalows came out to their porches and we just sat chatting with them all night! We are thinking of staying longer than just the two nights we have booked... we all love it ...
