Very comfortable and clean. Not such a handy location for restaurants unless you want hamburgers. Staff very good. Large rooms. Good beds.

Decided to stay close to home today and rest up before tomorrow's big drive. So I started the day with laundry. Following that we drove the short distance into town and went on a walking tour of downtown Visalia. We spent the afternoon in the campground using the pool, Emma and I played some badminton, I did a workout on their exercise bike and we all enjoyed the games room playing ping pong, air hockey, pool and ...

Our travel started this morning at 8 'o clock after having breakfast at my house. Before we arrived to Bob's house, we stop by a 7/11 and bought a lot of snacks and drinks for around ...

Looked like they came from an army surplus store in the 1950's!! They did fit, and a fair price ...

La Quinta in Fowler is beautiful and new but the hot tub was not functioning. Too bad because Kathleen and I could have used a hot tub with bubbles to relax our muscles from our ride from Alhambra to here.

You can see how conflicted Haley was when we left her with a cat sitter that would come to visit her twice a day to feed and entertain her.

The drive was spectacular with the soft hills around ...
