      The girls had a hearty Embassy breakfast before we packed the car and drove to the Rice campus. On the way we found my old apartment building on Westheimer, Avalon Square. The whole area has been built up with high ride condo building and high end shops and restaurants, and a Whole Foods just a few blocks away now.       ... The mooring and un-mooring process was achieved without the use of either bow or stern thrusters. They seemed to have no apparent passenger limit.
