      ... for baked goods, and home decor.  We then walked around the gardens, first stopping by the Birds of Prey show that takes play daily. The lady did a great job explaining the different birds and their habits and habitats. We got there 15 minutes in (the whole show is 30 minutes) and got to see two owls and a vulcher.  I guess they must've shown fancier birds like eagles, hawks, and falcons earlier!  The presenter was very animated ...

      ... another kind of people, not like social pariahs as they are in places like Korea! My mom and I had lunch at a place called Three Li'l Pigs BBQ. A cash only joint. Other places around this area... Fat Daddy's Restaurant... Hot's Barber Shop... yeah, SO COUNTRY!! But you can't hate it! We had baby back ribs and sliced pork loins with cole slaw, toast, and beans.       ... culture that we never would have known about without talking to this amazing family. This was the first time that I experienced the true hospitality of the Guatemalan people and their amazing heritage. It was a great way to start this trip by being welcomed by this wonderful family as well as everyone on the flight from Atlanta to Guatemala.       ... leaving so it allowed him to check things out even if he wasn’t sure it would interest him. I didn’t see any line cutting or rude behavior really at all. It was also not just for the young. I guess I imagined a lot of 20 somethings but honestly there were kids and there were older people so you saw all walks of life represented and enjoying it equally. And you would see many generations as well.

      ... had multiple layers of taste happening all at once. The sweet potato waffle fries were more tasteful and awesome than they sound. They were delicious by themselves, but with the side of marshmallow cream, they went over the top. The marshmallow cream was very sweat and made the fries more like a dessert than a side.
