I saw a ferry come from far away and dock at the quay near me. I watched the water jet shoot water high into the air and then drift away in a rainbow. I chatted to some very confident sparrows and took photos of the shifting light patterns. It was so refreshing. I think I must be a country girl at heart, needing the open spaces. When the little girls heard the news that there was to a bouncing castle at Combloux, they were eager to go and talked about it endlessly. We also discovered that it was to be just next to a swimming pool that was kept clean by natural processes with algae and other plants. Since it wasn't chlorinated, I would be able to swim in it. Combloux proved to be another lovely mountain town with a lovely Church and absolutely stunning views. It had to be the bouncing castle ...
