... Although it was colder and windy it was good to get some fresh air after being crammed in airplanes and cars over the last few days. Many of the flowers and trees had not bloomed yet but the ones that had were very beautiful. We headed out after packing and leaving our luggage at the desk of the monta rosa hotel. We arrived at the duomo at 10 to a non existent Que. and proceeded to climb the 158 stairs to the viewing roof.
