Our shore excursion on this final day took us to the Black Forest in Germany. It was a 90 minute coach ride from our dock in Breisach to the Forest. We enjoyed a picturesque drive through countryside and small villages. The most interesting thing we passed was a 500 year-old Low German house with a thatched roof.
