    ... the most: Headwater. Best when pronounced with a French accent not pronouncing the "H" and using the special "R" French sound. Even then, without the benefit of GPS, the internet, and much less iPhones, this British tour company was truly top notch. ;-) The bikes, the panniers and the directions were all better.     ... up cheeses, meats, olives (and were offered tastes at most places), giving the viande du Cheval stall a miss! Fruit and veges galore with cerises in season and a pot of miel with honeycomb and bottle of Chablis were added to the bulging shopping bag.     Our first stop of the day was just down the river from Mailly Chateau. We stopped under the white cliffs of Le Saussois and hiked up to the top.     ... some fresh baguette that was so hot he could barley hold onto it! The afternoon started with another gourmet lunch on the boat including 2 more outstanding cheeses. Oh my!
