    ... the climb to the Col d’Agnes (1570m), a fairly steep climb which eased off a little towards the top, from where there were fabulous vistas of the surrounding mountains. The descent, after a few steep sections and a slight rise, becomes a long sweeping downhill towards Massat. Our road took us through shady woodland as we start the climb ...

    ... stop is at a beautiful campsite just outside the spa town of Ax de Therme. We stock up on foodstuffs and liquor at a supermarket just down the road and feast on bread and cheese, bananas and biscuits before turning in soon after 9pm.

    We are camped by a fast running stream that joins the river 20 metres from our tents and the sound of babbling water soon lulls me to sleep.

    ... the man says, even when it meant we had to lean forwards and run. in Andorra all is good at the red man, oh but the green, gangnam, man deserves the respect. You know you want to cross a road like this. Actually maybe it's rodeo style lol.
    It's a pretty place Andorra, worth popping in if you are in the neighbourhood.
    Still can't get Sally to plan a route, so think I'll head for Zaragoza.
    Thats south west right?

    ... refreshing after a long day of riding.

    Each evening we are to have a briefing on the next day and from there we go for a group supper meant to let us taste the local fare....and wines and beers. Until then...I decided to just wander off to explore and fount the whole town was wandering about...I found a cafe right in the middle of it....plunked down...ordered some beers....and did some people watching. I wandered back to the hotel ...

    Had a fab day at a centre that explained the history of the caves in the area some had painting dating back to 30000 years. The Park was very educational and the kids enjoyed it. Later that night we had done roast chicken for dinner and caught up with Polly and Tobies parents called Liz and Russ for find wind and stories ...
