Pascal was a little stir crazy from sitting in the car wanted photo shoots. The architecture here in the Pyrenees is really different to the south of France, it is close to ski slopes and really had the feeling of a ski town.

Bikes are packed and we have breakfast at 8:00am. Then we rolled out about 10:15 enroute to Bergerac for the individual time trial. We drove towards Pau then turned north to Bergerac. We arrived at the start of the TT, we walked through the team buses looking at the TT bikes, you could get us really close to the teams. ... of 1100metres , at the top we went through a guided cave system walk. It was interested although a little under whelming compared to our cave systems. We then had lunch at the top then dropped back down the funicular. Marc and I then walked back down to the grotto for one last look, then back to our accommodation.
