... The airline was blu express and they don't give youngest numbers. Just sit anywhere. We were one of the last on the plane so didn't sit together. Good flight, and then a train to Rome termini and then another train to Napoli. What a hole Naples is. Very dirty rubbish everywhere, beggars and unsavoury black men. ... however she was pick pocketed by a gypsy woman when getting onto a bus in Rome. So look out in Rome. We drove to a place in Selinunte and had a nice lunch. We paid €24 to get in to see more roman ruins and found the ruins so far apart we had to hire a golf buggy to get around. The ruins were really impressive and so much better than the valley of temples ...

... at the bottom of the ocean? You can tell this is a small town. The same names are everywhere: Lo Piccolo, Orlando, Russo, Giordano, Capone, Tarantino, Di Maggio, Tocco, Pallazolo. ... about three-quarters up gets pretty steep and just at the point where you feel like giving up the main road appeared.....phew! We were told that a 'Sisa' supermarket was fairly close by so we traipsed down the road in the (hopefully) right direction.... Stopped for a pitstop at the sports bar which is a nice bar which also offers free wifi so made mental note to bring iPad next visit.... After a few stops ...
