Nuns, preists, all in their colours, robes..... for about 15 minutes, and then the Pope in his vehicle, and then a line of keepers, and hundreds of people. All carrying a candle. On the Sunday morning we stayed around the beach and campsite.

We went high up on the nuraghi to see the views, one sight being a beautiful hill nearby on which were the ruins of a Spanish castle.
