Last day in Switzerland and Europe

We decided it wouldn't be very touristy of us if we didn't try fondue, so Jude shouted us for lunch. Betsy was out after a few mouthfuls, and I wasn't too far behind. The overpowering taste of the wine was too much for me. Al and Jude soldiered on!

... There is a Picasso, Van Gogh and Kadinsky exhibition at the museum - that could be good. I get their only to find that it is closed on this particular day.
We spend our time walking the town and buying a few trinkets and then head off back to Morges. A nice little town, ticks the to do list but not one I would head back to in a hurry.
Camille however does manage to find some more macarons! (and they are little beauties, or, big beauties ...
International Travels: Switzerland! 10/6-7
... quite close. This arrangement worked out perfectly because the other Pitzer ladies were occupied and I did not want to be alone the whole weekend. Also, I have always wanted to see this beautiful Alpine country, and the Swiss border is not that far north of Milan. So off I went on the train Saturday morning!

A relaxing day in Morges
Nothing too much planned for the day other than catch up on washing, enjoy relaxing and plan our last 10 days on holiday. Being Saturday it is market day in Morges and Camille and I head off to view and also get some groceries.
