... an espresso and a torte in the piazza and basked in the sun for a good while. Up to this point I had done quiet a bit. I went to a castle (toured that for a solid hour +); went to at least 5 churches; 3 different street markets; went to all the near piazza's, peering into shops; and now I was enjoying the weather. It's only 11 am and I'm already worn.

That was my morning in Catania!

... found it wonderfully scary. At one point she asked "aren't you scared something might happen to you?" I giggled a little, recognizing the seriousness of it all but answered "I cling to my stuff and keep both eyes on my stuff at all times. But really the major source of protection I have is prayer." She smiled.

She was helping me catch my bus. Soon a group of girls came over. They were infatuated with 'the americana.' Haha. These girls were probably middle-school ...

... continued reading my book for the depart. Eventually we hit the first stop and two gentleman boarded the train. Both looked official (train people). The older of the two questioned politely where I was off to. After answering, he smiled and continued his crossword. The other left and returned looking very confused. Long story short, he tried to figure out a game plan for me for about an hour. I was getting off at the last stop this train was making: Termini.

So here we are, ...
