      The Los Angeles Farmer's Market opening in 1934 - another great thing born the same year as my equally great Mum!! It is known as the Original Farmer's Market and has a fascinating history. It's worth clicking the link above to learn more about the Fairfax and 3rd Market.

      ... almonds, walnuts all green and lush. You also see different terrain with brown hills. This is all so different than back home in Ohio or Michigan. Trips like this make you appreciate the vastness of the U.S. of A.
