    Arctic Circle complete

A travel blog entry by jennymgg on Oct 13, 2014

For a day that was largely going to be spent doing pretty much nothing, I had to get up pretty early. We were crossing the Arctic Circle heading south and there was going to be a ceremony out on deck to mark the occasion. Rain, rain, rain and some more rain

A travel blog entry by dannyriebeek on Aug 06, 2014

1st time in my live so much rain riding was practically impossible but other motordrivers pulled me through. Driving in the rain that comes down with such a quantity is very difficult. Inside of my helmet was wet, motorcycle was steaming but still i saw other mc's that were driving so i pulled through.

Today the weather improved, and the views continue to be fantastic. The temperature is in the 30s, but with mostly sunshine, which is the prospect for the rest of the trip. A few samples of the many pictures I shot are below.

The coastal inner passage created the name of the country, as the WAY to the NORTH. We just passed the town of Rorvik a couple of hours ago. The sun sank below the horizon about 10:30, but it is still light enough for picture taking. In about three hours the sun will reappear.
