    ... that I felt so connected. Being there was enough for me to make friends with a girl named Arienne. It was only after suffering (i.e. alot of running) that some others opened up.

    All in all, that's the culture shock I feel in Paris. Obviously, I believe that after two hypothetical frenchmen place trust in each other, the French sometimes betray that trust. C'est la vie. But the lack of obsession with perfection; it's more relaxing and more genuine.

    Well the plan this morning was to do the washing, then Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, L'Orangerie and dinner out in Trocadero. What actually happened? Harry and Lonnie go to do the washing at 0800 as the man said the laundromat opened at 7am.     ... The kids, as expected, didn't get much out of the destination except that it was just another shopping street. We let Jennine loose for a bit while I took the kids into a Toyota showroom for a squiz. We probably spent a good half hour in there as Toyota had a colouring in area!
