    ... her finger in her ear.   We arrived in Beaugency and found our hotel at 2pm, but could not go to our room as it was being cleaned.  All the stores were closed from 12pm to 2:30pm so we toured the city for an hour, then finally got to check in to our room at 3pm to wash off the bugs stuck all over our bodies.  Lesson learned, all the stores are closed for lunch from 12pm to 2:30pm and don't rush to your hotel before 3pm. ...

    We checked out of the hotel in Girona and arrived with plenty of time to catch our train to Paris. After boarding the train we discovered a Japanese couple was sitting in our seats. After plenty of confusion and us asking them several times to move out of our seats, we discovered that we were in the wrong car and it was us that was trying to sit in the wrong seats.

    We had planned to return to did the return trip on the scenic train back to Nantes and stay the extra night, but I had not booked because we didn't know what it was going to be like. Unfortunately, the Hotel Pommeroye was booked out for the second night, so we decided on plan B and taking the train from Orleans to Tours, then from Tours to Caen and Bayeux.
