    ... the harbour. Around town there were also many funky art shops and galleries, the wooden Eglise St Catherine, and you could never get bored watching the comings and goings around the quay. We took a walk along the promenade and jetty with the industrial town of Le Havre and futuristic bridge Pont de Normandie in the distance.     ... with magnificent houses , luckily the wars seem to have left this part of the country side unscathed . Etretat is our stopping place for 2 nights the biggest of the towns along the coast very touristy , wIth the flip side being that places are open , we had quite a very good diner at trip advisor no 3 , the only bobo being the choice of fish of the day , trout ? We didn't see the notice board until too late very well cooked and presented though ...

    ... cemetery really is something....headstones forever......blew me away...just walked around reading names and dates....all kids. So many headstones and so perfectly lined up....unreal. Very touching memorial and everything was spotless....

    It was a somber walk back to the bike.....but hopped on and continued west Utah beach...found a museum.....so wandered in and looked around....lots of stuff.....the beach ... again hard to tell what happened here ...
