I wake up fresh and ready to go on Day 2, pop across the road to the patisserie and get my breakfast, we do have a McDonalds around the corner which is where I go to get my takeaway coffee. We then bound the train for a trip to Montmartre. It is very quiet out and about but then again it is 9am and the french don't really get started until late ...

We were super lucky all day because the longest we had to que was 25 minutes .. Even to get a ticket to get in we only had to wait for about 4 people. We Chose to come today because the forecast said rain so we were hoping that meant less crowds - which I think it did. It did rain a couple of times but nothing too heavy that stopped us from walking around and going on the ...

... from crying because having photos of my trip has been extremely important for me. I am not living the trip behind the lens but I love taking pictures and it adds to my memories and experiences here. Another one of the ladies gave me her digital camera to take photos for her because as she put it, "you're way better at this and I'll have some great pictures !" It definitely helped distract me from not having my own camera. I also asked our guide to message Clare in ...
