Well. Where to start. The hotel is decent. Very large but we seem to have booked a decent package and we are not herded around too much. Breakfast is attended by assorted Disney Characters so we were lucky enough to see Goofy (I think) wander around frightening small children. On the subject of children. I forgot how they behave when tired. Essentially not well........ Running around like savages. ...

... plaza probably since it was Valentines’ day. I shamelessly asked tourists around me to take pictures of me and took awkward solo shots in front of Louvre and also in front of the Arc of Triumph. We Chose to come today because the forecast said rain so we were hoping that meant less crowds - which I think it did. It did rain a couple of times but nothing too heavy that stopped us from walking around and going on the ...

... going in the same direction but at all angles depending on which of the 12 exits they are taking. It seems you point and go, don't look side ways or around just go, don't wait. From above it more like dodgems than cars.
So as to avoid an early pickup back to the hotel we got directions to take the metro, which went well until we got out at our stop and the directions didn't match the road. Three quarters of an hour later, and after what ...

Sadly it is our last day in Berlin and we are going to have a slower paced day before heading to the train station. We do most of our packing in the morning and then enjoy a nice leisurely breakfast. Most mornings have been cool and we have eaten in the breakfast room, but today is warmer (doesn't that always happen on the last day), so we are going to have breakfast in the garden. The table is set with lovely china, flowers, and pretty ...
