When do these poor Frogs get a chance to wear clothes that have been blown around in the sunshine. They still smile a lot and are very helpful as they don't know what they are missing out on like some of the children I have taught. ... had a wonderful picnic at the base of the Tower and it was one of the highlights of our vacation. I would highly recommend this to everyone and I can't wait to someday picnic in a Paris park again in the future. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and can't wait to go back some day! Tomorrow, off to airport and back to the US. We're excited to get home and sleep in our own bed, but will no doubt miss all of these great cities once we're ...

Once we were assigned our guide, ...

... blocks to catch the open tour bus again (making good use of our 3day pass - €40 each) and got dropped off at the Eiffel Tower. It was 5:30pm by the time we arrived and we decided to take the short queue (which meant climbing approx 700 steps and only waiting 15mins vs over an hour) to the second level (€5 each) which we did non stop (in just over 10mins!) and then paid a further €6 each to take the elevator (only means) to the very top level. Wow ...

... very loud rock band). On such roller coaster it is not so much a question of having your tummy bounce around feeling queasy. You simply leave it at the start of the ride and pick it up on your return. Mostly in the dark, but occasional light just so that you know you are about to be corkscrewed round or loop the loop. Thankfully they do not last long!! The food is quite expensive. 12 quid for ...
