    ... I will develop toned legs from the stairways and a stoop from the low doorways. The doorway from the bedroom to the ensuite is only 5' tall and solid rock so using the bathroom in the night is a concern.     It's time to make my way from Nice back up towards Paris and stop number one is Avignon. Avignon is a little town in France and is built with a fortress wall all the way around the town. Cycled the streets at night on great cycleways mixed with cars, horse carts and an unbelievable number of alternative modes of transport from skate boards, rollerblades, sewegs(?), electric wheelie things, ziggie bikes, motorised platforms to stand on and lots more that I do not know the names of.
