    ... last months have been particularly crowded with translating technical items, the visitor agreement, privacy policy, error messages, things many people will never see, but that must be on the site, as well as buttons, forms, responses, and so on.

    I’ve been on a steep learning-curve to know what I need to know to do my part in the development and maintenance of the site. I’m far from where I need to be, but far enough along the do the minimum.

    ... is quite similar to his works apparently. The king of the time had a royal wing added for him when he stayed there. There wasn’t much in the way of gardens outside this chateau. The second floor mostly had weird modern paintings which we weren’t too interested in. You could go right to the top of the chateau and walk around the walls at the top. It was quite a good view.

    ... room snacks from a supermarket ,fruit, cheese, salmon etc. We then went to Bordeaux , where we found parking with difficulty. The centre is like any city, e.g. Oxford street. It had large buildings, parks, shopping centres ( like London ). We found an evening antique market in a park which was great but we never bought a thing! After a coffee we returned to the hotel but washed the car on the way. Diesel needed tomorrow but is about 1.29 euros per litre which is better than the ...

We walked around the streets a bit and decided on an Asian place that I can't remember the name of (Shidmali or something along those lines?) because the smells coming from the shop were irresistible! We had a delicious (and massive) meal there, and they had the coolest bathroom I've ever seen. I wish I'd taken a photo!
