    ... are celebrating 20 years of togetherness as well. We had a bus tour of Paris Wednesday morning, with a nice female tour guide, Joelle. Joelle and Jean Philippe keep mentioning how irritating Japanese tourists are and how rude the Chinese tourists are; it's kind of amusing when they start sentences with, "the Chinese, they only ..."     ... on how I was feeling.

    The drive to and beyond Geneva was cruisy, then I hit the slow road along Lake Geneva on the way to Lausanne. It was a hot day seemingly by Swiss standards at 27 degrees as many people were enjoying the lake. So many lakes here in Switzerland as I seemed to be constantly driving past them. I do like lakes but its not as if they compare to the Ocean.

    I arrived in Lyon after a long day of travel. Way longer than what I expected due to big delays in the first of the two trains I had to take. I had no news of the two couchosts who had offered me lodging, and the only one I had phone of didn't pick up at all.     We wake up when it gets too bright outside to sleep. We use our pasta box and rice box from yesterday to microwave some Yum Yum egg noodles for breakfast. A little after 10 o'clock we start looking for rides going the direction of Bordeaux.
